Hi all! you are amazing. What you are doing is great. Michelle – I just requested a new list for you from DWS. I hope that helps. I know it doesn’t work perfectly but it’s a step and we are ahead of others in the nation – by getting that much information. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how I can help you – I would love to do a better job. I love your ideas and hope that you like that your posts are now instant. Thanks to Eileen. We will try to promote the instant Blog to everyone to see if we can pull together as a team. I know Meagan is working on ways to make our state (all counties) one team. So, if you have ideas on that too that will be great.Your awesome! We could not do this without you all.

Gardening information

Does anyone know where I can find the information on gardening mentioned in the new hire training? I have several families that are interested in growing a garden this year but don’t know how or where to start. I checked out the website, wellnessways.aces.illinois.edu but couldn’t find what I was looking for.

Spanish translations becoming available

For everyone’s information, Spanish translations of the handouts (Giving Your Body the Best and Viva Vegetables! newsletters) and forms used to teach classes will be available. They have been through edits twice and we are currently working on formatting and finishing those edits. If you can hang on just a little bit longer, they will be coming!!! Thanks for your patience, and thanks for posting! It’s great to know what’s going on in the counties.
